BUT these things are very subjective.
Here's the criteria we use:
- The main people in the image don't have part-cropped faces.
- The image doesn't have unintended things on there such as your phone's date and time.
- The image file is not corrupted.
- The image quality may be acceptable to the customer.
You may still think that:
- The image is too blurred
- The position isn't right
- The image is too dark
- The colours are a little different to your screen

If your image looks blurred or dark on your screen, it will look even more blurred and a little darker when we print it at full size.
Don't Panic
If your print arrives and you aren't happy we will reprint an alternative image free of charge.
If this turns out to be the case, just let us know, and we'll sort it.

Open the image on a bigger screen.
Use a laptop or desktop and zoom in on the image until it's around the size you'd like it printed.
