How long should my order take?

Customers select how fast they want their items when placing their order.

The options are 'approximately 10 days', 'approximately 7 days', '48 hours' and 'Next working day'.


For customers selecting approximate turnarounds, orders are targeted to arrive within +- 2 working days of the quoted delivery time.



My Order is Late - Courier delays.


Over the past 20 years, we have worked with most national courier companies.


We find UPS the most reliable for urgent deliveries and Evri the most suitable for less urgent and domestic deliveries.

Overall, our couriers deliver on time in around 98% of cases.


That is little consolation if, for your order, the courier has let us both down.

If your order appears to be delayed by the courier, please contact us. We can't tell your local delivery driver to come to your house next, but we can resend lost or damaged orders.



My Order is Late - Production delays.


Over 99% of orders leave us on time.


Each of our items is a unique piece, handmade in our South Yorkshire factory. We have strict quality controls and, if an item is less than perfect, we'll make it again.


Unfortunately, that can occasionally cause an item to be slightly delayed.


Our production team immediately prioritise delayed orders, however, if you feel your order is taking too long, please contact us.
