Why have you sent my prints out looking like this?
Customers create their prints using our online designer.
When they are happy with their design preview, they add it to their shopping cart.
Before the item is added to the shopping cart, a second design preview is shown, and it must be confirmed again before the customer can proceed.
Furthermore, a thumbnail of the design is shown in the shopping cart and during checkout.
Given that the customer has approved the design at least twice, we will send the order out as instructed.

We understand that mistakes happen, people aren't print experts, etc.
We found the overwhelming majority of customers did actually intend to cut off that uncle who they don't talk to anymore, zoom in on one person or chop part of a head off so they could get the baby in.
That meant delaying prints until we could get hold of the customer caused many more issues than it solved.
That's why we trust our customers' judgement and offer free replacement prints if they have a problem.
