This is unfortunate but unavoidable, with heavy-handed delivery drivers usually the culprit.
Here's what we need from you - It's not much.
We just need a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

What happens next?
We'll put your order on for an urgent reprint. For 'Next Working Day' orders, this will leave the same day if the reprint is on before 1:30 pm. All other orders leave within 2 working days.
Extra Packaging
If your item has been damaged during transit, it will automatically be resent with heavy-duty packaging.
Why don't we use heavy-duty packaging as standard?
Over the past 20 years, we have found that heavy-duty packaging for every item only helped where local delivery drivers were heavy-handed. It did nothing to reduce the overall number of breakages; it simply increased the cost to the customer.
