How long do orders take to arrive?
Customers select how fast they want their items when placing their order.
The options are 'approximately 10 days', 'approximately 7 days', '48 hours' and 'Next working day'.
For customers selecting approximate turnarounds, orders are targeted to arrive within +- 2 working days of the quoted delivery time.
Which Couriers do we use?
We use UPS for 'Next Working Day' deliveries and Evri for most other deliveries. We occasionally use Royal Mail for very small items using the large letter service.
Over the past 20 years, we have worked with most national courier companies.
We find UPS the most reliable for urgent deliveries and Evri the most suitable for less urgent and domestic deliveries.
Overall, our couriers deliver on time in around 98% of cases.

Evri and UPS have easy-to-use delivery tracking on their website.
These are the fastest and easiest ways to get a live delivery update.
